IMG is pleased to announce that Abigail Goddard has been admitted as an Attorney-at-Law of the Cayman Islands.
A solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales since 1989 and a long-standing STEP member, Abigail brings decades of experience in trusts law, advisory work and academia. She has previously held partnership and consultant positions in private practice and continues to lecture in Trusts Law at Oxford University.
Abigail joined IMG Trust Company Limited in September 2024 as in-house counsel and, following her admission before the Grand Court, will now practise with IMG Law in the Cayman Islands.
Her admission formalises her ability to advise locally on Cayman law and further strengthens IMG’s fiduciary and private client capability. She continues to work across complex trust structures, regulatory matters and philanthropic planning, coordinating closely with onshore advisers where required.
We congratulate Abigail on her admission and look forward to her continued contribution to the IMG group.
