Anna Mcintyre

Anna is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She specialises in a range of corporate matters including joint ventures, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and also advises on capital markets and investment fund transactions.

Anna joined the Maples Group in 2022. She previously worked for Herbert Smith Freehills in Moscow and London.
