Ben Kennedy

Ben is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. He advises on the establishment, launch, restructuring and maintenance of investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds and downward investment structures. Ben also advises on corporate and commercial matters.

Ben joined the Maples Group in 2025. Prior to joining, he practised in the Dublin office of William Fry LLP where he advised on a broad range of commercial and corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, private equity and commercial contracts.
