Benjamin Chi Chun Tao

Benjamin is a senior associate in the Corporate Department of our Hong Kong office. He specialises in capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, investment deals, banking and structured finance and general corporate and commercial matters, as well as the structuring, formation, regulation and ongoing operation of investment funds. Ben is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Campbells acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel for ChinaAMC Segregated Portfolio Company II on the listing of its segregated portfolio, ChinaAMC Core Value Bond Fund SP, on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange. This transaction marks the sixth successful listing we have completed for ChinaAMC Segregated Portfolio Company II in the past 12 months.

Campbells acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel for ChinaAMC Segregated Portfolio Company II on the listing of its segregated portfolio, ChinaAMC Core Income Bond Fund SP, on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange.

Campbells acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to Ridge Outdoor International Limited in connection with its close to HK$350 million initial public offering and listing of its 28,205,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX).
