Catherine lyn Collins

Catherine is a senior associate in Ogier's Cayman Islands Investment Funds team and a member of Ogier's Latin American practice team. Catherine advises asset managers, hedge funds, private equity funds and family offices across North and South America on the establishment, regulation, governance and ongoing operation of open-ended and closed-ended funds.

Catherine previously worked as a funds and financial services lawyer at Gilbert + Tobin in Sydney, Australia where she gained experience advising asset managers on the establishment, regulation, governance and ongoing operation of wholesale open ended and closed ended funds, and financial services businesses on various corporate and regulatory matters.
