Dalton James Turner

Dalton is a senior associate in Ogier's Cayman Islands Investment Funds team. Dalton advises on a wide range of private equity and hedge fund matters, with expertise in general corporate and mergers and acquisition transactions. He regularly acts for major investment banks, fund managers and corporate trustees on both fund formation and ongoing corporate matters.

Before joining Ogier, Dalton worked as a corporate and funds lawyer at another Cayman Islands law firm. Prior to that, Dalton worked as an associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where he specialised in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial work, and financing and banking matters.
