Gwyneth Ann Rees

Gwyneth is a partner of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She works extensively with hedge fund managers and private equity sponsors and their onshore counsel on all aspects of the establishment, maintenance and restructuring of offshore investment funds. She represents large global financial institutions and asset managers, as well as boutique and emerging managers. Gwyneth has over 30 years’ experience advising on the formation and structuring of hedge, hybrid, credit, activist and digital asset funds, private equity funds and investment fund platforms.
