Jenny But

Jenny is a legal manager of Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Hong Kong office. Her practice covers initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, securities and bond issues, pre-IPO restructuring and general corporate and commercial transactions.

Jenny joined Maples Group in 2025. She was previously an associate at Fangda Partners and Robertsons in Hong Kong. Jenny is a native Cantonese speaker and is fluent in Mandarin.
