Jessica Solomon

Jessica is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She specialises in the establishment, launch, ongoing maintenance and restructuring of investment funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds. She also advises on general corporate and commercial matters.

Jessica first joined the Maples Group in 2013 as an articled clerk. Upon her admission as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2015, Jessica joined the Funds & Investment Management team in the Cayman Islands office. She spent four years working with two other international law firms in the Cayman Islands before returning to the Maples Group in 2024.

Jessica is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association and 100 Women in Finance.
