About
Kasie advises institutional clients and ultra-high-net-worth individuals/families on the establishment, structuring, and ongoing administration of trusts and other structures designed to preserve, manage, and transfer wealth across generations or to achieve business or philanthropic objectives.
Beyond traditional private client matters Kasie advises principals and their advisors on transactions involving assets, including family-owned enterprises and investments of all types, held within trusts and wealth-holding structures.
Kasie collaborates closely with the firm’s immigration specialist to support clients moving to the Cayman Islands or relocating/establishing businesses within the Islands and in that context advises on initial licensing as well as ongoing compliance, particularly in connection with the Department of Commerce and Investment’s Trade & Business Licensing Unit.
