Michael Leung

Michael is a legal manager of Maples and Calder’s Finance team in the Maples Group’s Hong Kong office. He has experience advising both lenders and borrowers on banking and finance matters (including general corporate and commercial lending, asset finance, real estate finance, fund finance and debt capital markets) from British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands law perspectives.

Michael joined the Maples Group in 2024. Prior to that, Michael practised as a finance associate in the Hong Kong office of another offshore law firm.
