Naomi is a Senior Associate in Appleby’s Cayman Islands office and a member of the corporate department. Her practice focuses on corporate and finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, joint ventures and debt and equity financing. She advises clients across a wide range of sectors, including private equity companies, financial institutions, and international banks.
Naomi is admitted as an Attorney in the Cayman Islands and as a lawyer in Nova Scotia, Canada (non-practising).
