Stephen Robert Crowther

Stephen is a managing associate in Ogier's investment funds team. He advises on the establishment, regulation, governance and ongoing operation of open-ended and closed-ended funds.

Before joining Ogier in 2020, Stephen worked in the corporate banking practice of a UK law firm where he specialised in leveraged finance. Before that, he worked in the national banking and finance practice of another UK law firm where he specialised in debt capital markets, structured finance, and securitisations.

Stephen received a first-class honours degree in Politics and History from Newcastle University, UK in 2011, a Graduate Diploma in Law from Northumbria University, UK in 2013, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Law, UK in 2014.
