Susan Fallan

Susan is a Partner within the Dispute Resolution Practice Group in the Cayman Islands. She has day to day responsibility for managing some of the team’s most complex, high profile and high value cases, with a particular focus on funds disputes, insolvency matters and professional negligence claims.

Susan has experience conducting cases before the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands, the Cayman Islands Court of Appeal and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. Prior to joining Appleby from the UK, she also spent almost ten years as a litigator at a large international law firm where she gained experience of conducting cases before the courts in Scotland, England and Wales and the Falkland Islands, and previously worked as Legal Counsel for a blue-chip long-term savings and investment company.
