Yuan Wen

Yuan is a senior associate in our Litigation , Insolvency & Restructuring group. Her practice spans a broad range of general and commercial litigation matters, including company law, corporate insolvency and claims in contract and equity.

Yuan began her career at a premier law firm in New Zealand. She has represented a variety of corporate clients, including NZX listed companies, property developers, financiers, high net worth individuals and private equity funds. Prior to joining Campbells, Yuan was an associate at another Cayman Islands law firm.

This Grand Court decision underscores the need for caution in how parties frame and record their positions on privilege throughout the litigation process.
